The Ontario Civil Litigation Resource Centre is operated by Kenneth J. Peacocke.  Lawyers maintain all the content on the site.  The site provides substantive information focusing on civil litigation, including personal injury damages, wrongful dismissal notice, discovery, appeals, pleadings and precedents.  Lawyers access this information using a free password.

Our Directories are accessible free, without a password, to all visitors to our site.

The Expert Witness Directory is listed, with a link, on the Law Society of Upper Canada (Great Library) website.  In fact, it’s the only online Expert Witness directory the Law Society lists for Canada.
